The Carrington Blake Group offers a payroll advisory and support service that meets the demands of Companies and contract/temporary workers.
This service supports our clients in their necessary, but sometimes burdensome, financial affairs which include Tax, National Insurance, Invoicing, Payslips and other necessary money matters. Our business is tailored to recognise the individuality of each of our clients so as to meet and deal with specific needs readily.

Our Payroll services team will communicate with you regularly to ensure that you are kept up to date with your affairs and any changes in national legislation that may relate to your financial status.
Our Services
Payroll Services
This is for companies that wish to outsource their payroll function. This means that on a weekly/monthly basis we will handle the payroll for all of your employees, temps or contractors. We make all of the necessary deductions, produce a payslip and pay the employee. We also handle all forms associated with the payroll function and produce historical reports for PAYE and NI paid to-date.
Umbrella Company Services:
This is for temps or contractors that wish to temp/contract under an umbrella company. The benefits of this scheme, is that the temp is able to claim back expenses that are incurred in relation to work. Under this option the temp is employed by the umbrella company which subsequently payrolls the temp.
The agency pays Carrington Blake gross and we then make any necessary deductions of PAYE, Employees National Insurance, Employers National Insurance, Expenses and Administration Fees. Finally we produce a payslip and then pay the temp directly to their account.
Please note that the temp is an employee and not shareholder or director of the umbrella company. As such they are taxed on all of their income under PAYE.
